In my four years selling homes, I’ve always believed in transparency and getting to know people up-front; so allow me to introduce myself:
My name is Chad Floyd, originally from Pinehurst, N.C. I attended undergrad at UNC-Chapel Hill, graduating in 2010, and earned a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia in 2013. After initially pursuing a career in sports, I realized my passion was in being a fan, not part of the event. From my experience in that field, I did learn that a good day of work can start at 6am and last until midnight, and former clients can attest that I am willing to do just that.
I spent two years at Keller Williams in Buckhead honing my craft, and am now closer to home here in Charlotte. Part of my pre-real estate background in the mortgage industry. While I’m not legally allowed to quote rates and approve your mortgage, I have a litany of trusted mortgage advisors who can find the best financing options for my buyers. 97% of my buyers have found instant equity in their homes due to my negotiating tactics. My goal with listings is similar– negotiate a great deal for the best price, in as few days on market as possible– meaning minimal additional mortgage payments and maximum return on your old home as I assist you in finding a new one.
As I continue with Keller Williams, I adhere to their core philosophy: “win-win, or no deal”. Yes, I’m going to negotiate the best possible terms for my client, but I’m going to be fair in dealing with the other side of the transaction in order to alleviate the already-enormous stress of buying or selling a home for my client.
When I’m not assisting my clients, doing my daily market analysis, or otherwise honing my craft, I write about college football at DudeYouCrazy.net and TarHeelBlog.com, spend an inordinate amount of time outdoors, enjoy live music and sporting events, and try to play whatever recreational sport I can to live vicariously through a time when I was an athlete. My dog is named Duck, and he serves as a de facto mascot for my business.
