With the March 2018 expansion of the CATS lightrail system to the north, North Charlotte is in the midst of a huge revival with rising property values surrounding the arts & culture areas of NODA (North Davidson), Plaza Midwood, and UNC-Charlotte. 
Homebuyers will find a diverse array of homes here– new construction Craftsman, renovated ranches, and limitless investment opportunities. I work with multiple investors in this part of town and have found some absolutely great deals on homes.
Is the brewery scene important to you? NoDa, Legion, Birdsong, Catawba, Heist, and Free Range breweries all call this part of town home. The number of arts festivals in the area is too many to count.
